this step is not in readme file : so everyone should read description first or report the Errors

only if u installed this https://www.gta5-mods.com/maps/map-fixes (remove it) and dont install it again for any reason .. and try to play with MP maps "on" and "off" .. as well if u using any custom maps around the area remove it first and try again .. for me i completely removed it because i found on the old location all trees and props still existing .. my advice is to install an old version location instead of this one . good luck
