I tried setting the key to Q, since that's the one used for the radio wheel, and I wanted the mod to switch to throwable weapons when I press left on the controller D-pad, but nothing happens.

Yup.
This mod causes a 100% replicable crash every time you try to load a game (when you're already ingame, first load works fine).
It works well on 2023 and it's a very good mod, but it causes that issue, just in case someone is wondering what it's making his game crash on load.
