@ALEXSYS Yeah I'll consider a tutorial soon. Meanwhile if you want them to appear throughout the city, use my Martial Law mod.

By any chance would you consider making the armed version of the army insurgent? (insurgent pickup)

@NV3S Cheers man. The soldiers in Military Response, both male and female, do have different faces and variations. I recommend trying it if you haven't and you're interested.
