Can you make Michael into MP Male character?

This is great but, his eyes appear as a REALLY bright blue. Is this normal?

Can you replace Michael with PED model - 'g_m_y_korlleut_01' I would like to be able to play as that PED instead of michael, so I can drink whisky, smoke and do such things as player. I will pay you money if you CNA achieve this man
