Use OpenIV to reach: X:\Program Files\Grand Theft Auto V\update\update.rpf\common\data
Activate edit mode, right click on "dlclist.xml" then click on edit and add on the last dlc dlcpacks:/covertpistol/ then save.
After that drag and drop "covertpistol" inside X:\Program Files\Grand Theft Auto V\update\x64\dlcpacks

any chance in making this into a replacement mod? I've seen a rise in add-on mods but they don't work for my game for some reason.
