Just replace the .awc file in
mods\x64w.rpf\dlcpacks\mpindependence\dlc.rpf\x64\audio\sfx\dlc_independence
if you don`t like, backup files are in the download

Great sound replacement for the tank indeed, you can also try to get the sounds from Battlefield if that's possible.

Does it replace the rhino sound? Because i want to use the rhino sound for my modern tanks.
