Important Information :
You must spawn it twice to get the npc's to do their animations , once to load everything in , clear all objects / vehicles / peds then spawn it in again and every thing should work fine
Note To Reader / Downloader :
This is my first Vehicle I made , I'm really OCD about things so every thing had to be perfect , I spent at least 10+ hours on this before I was banned for unrelated reasons to the vehicle so I pretty much gave up on adding more to it, I hope you enjoy ^-^
