How to install:
1. copy the eva folder to:update/x64/dlcpacks
2. In the update.rpf go to:/common/data, edit the dlclist.xml and add this line:
dlcpacks:/eva/
DO NOT EDIT WITHOUR OUR PERMISSIONS!!!

@Aziial That brought back some memories. I remember seeing these things on a car lot in the very early 80's. I bought an Impala and I remember the salesman asking me if I might be interested in an electric "Citicar". I needed a big car to pull my boat and those Citicar's just didn't make the grade but I love them in GTA5 !
