I've never seen anyone make a 2005 LSSD Stanier based on the 2005 LASD CVPI so I decided to try it.
Requirements:
Legal copy of GTA V
OpenIV
Game Config: https://www.gta5-mods.com/misc/gta-5-gameconfig-300-cars
Spawn Code: 2005lssdstan
Installation:
1. Drag and drop the "2005lssdstan" folder into mods>update>x64>dlcpacks
2. Open dlclists.xml in mods>update>update.rpf>common>data
3. Make a new line and paste dlcpacks:/2005lssdstan/
4. Save and you're done

Some notes to change in the future, the part below the doors has some type of floating thing(maybe caps?). And the brutus 2 sound doesn't work on the siren, needs to replace to SHERIFF audio hash to work

I installed it correctly but for some reason the car only has lights and the siren doesn't turn on. Other then that. car looks great
