Released source code. Enjoy. Hopefully people can re-purpose the phone code for their own mods :-)
@gamerpro023 It allows other mods to behave better. Like persistence mods, I don't care about the main character's personal vehicles.

@Praveen_K_1975 Sorry bro, fixes like this would require me to replay the entire game and check for bugs, can't do it. This is a non-mission type of mod.
Removed version checking. I don't know if this method still works so give it a try, if not then it will take a bit of effort to re-discover what changed and I don't have the time right now :(
Hey guys, sorry life got in the way. Made a quick update to address a few bugs. Thanks for all the downloads, sorry about the delay. Script might still have some issues, GTA 5 has some serious issues with handling many vehicles properly in the distance. Some of these crashes are related to the streamer and caused by the game refusing to spawn said vehicles for reasons unknown. Honestly I'm getting tired of having to bypass so many bugs the RAGE engine has regarding vehicles.
Please disable the vehicle streamer in the settings if you are still having issues. EnableVehicleStreamer=false. It's still in an infancy state and I don't know if I ever will get around to making it better.
Will probably release the source code soon so someone else can take over.
