I look forward to the Russians, maybe for the gang packs using the online gang peds voice files such as The Duggans crime family, The professionals, el rubio private security, cluckin bell cartel and the fooligans might help out cause you'd have more options to pick from and those peds aren't really used anywhere in any large capacity.

The only house mod I use! Nice work on this, do you plan on updating it for the upcoming mansion DLC? would love to have them implemented into this.
