If your talking about Jacobmaate's SAHP pack, yes, there is a sirensetting conflict but can easily be fixed. You can go into the carcols.meta in 11john11 lspd pack and change the SAHP/LSPD Motorcycle from 193 to 194 and go into the carvariations.meta in the same pack and go to lspdb and change the 193 to 194 in there. It can be any number as long as it isn't be used, you can check the sirensetting limit adjuster notepad in the game directory after starting the game.
the paleto bay doesn't work with this mod it crashes the game and are bugs a lot of them the metro station for example and many more its consumeing about 20 fps in game you may have texture losses even with a good video card depends on memory
