DLC List Auto Installer finds all dlc, generates a dlclist, and installs it automatically.
How to use:
- Place DLCList.exe in your dlcpacks folder, or anywhere as long as its inside
Grand Theft Auto V folder
- Run DLCList.exe and it will scan all folders and sub folders that contain dlc.rpf
- It will skip all folders called "1 Disabled"
- It will generate a new dlclist, make an OIV and run it
- This manually scans your vanilla dlcpacks folder, so it will include all future updates

This file has been approved automatically. If you think this file should not be here for any reason please report it.
You should try and make an application or tool that will allow you to drop files like ytds.ycds and ydrs into a program along with the metadata and it will generate the DLC pack instead of manually having to create a DLC pack every single time you want to create a vehicle that's not single player ready so basically it will convert FiveM vehicles to single player format ready to use in the game
If you go into open IV and you make a vehicle's folder put all your vehicles in that folder and then press select all open a notepad paste on there open up chat GPT and ask it to write all your vehicle DLC packs into a proper DLC list XML it will, this program is kind of useless
@KG99 You can already do that with OpenIV and a blank dlcpack, like i made with my car pack creator. Its way over complicated to make a program to automatically make DLC packs by dropping files into it when thats literally the purpose of OpenIV.
As for your second comment, thats way to much effort to move all your packs and open notepad then copy to chatgpt then copy back then into a proper dlclist then into openiv....This literally does all that faster than you can name a folder.
nice
Loved the work man. I made an installation video, but due to a site glitch, it got duplicated in the preview. Wishing you great success and best of luck with your upcoming projects. ♥️
@gtawood Na I posted that video. Great job on the videos
Delleted my existing addon
@AliciaW impossible
@InfiniteQuestion They were in the list, not their gone.
@AliciaW Then your addon isn't deleted. Where is your addon located?
@AliciaW There more on site. Try
https://www.gta5-mods.com/tools/gta-v-dlc-list-generator
https://www.gta5-mods.com/tools/dlclist-generator-installer
They work good for new like me.
@GreekMan Good sugestion, but the first one doesnt do recursive directories, and you must install it yourself.
The second one looks promising, but when i try it i get this error
See the end of this message for details on invoking
just-in-time (JIT) debugging instead of this dialog box.

That one requires a codewalker core to update the the dlclist, mine relies on openiv which will work the first time, every time, on any install, regardless of location of mods.
Always good to know about other tools though
@AliciaW OIV installers will over write your existing files. always back up first.
@AliciaW @Ch1town83lt9 This will overwrite the dlclist with oiv, that's the entire point of it. You no longer have to keep backups of dlclists, anytime new ones are added you run the program and automatically installs all dlcpacks. If your dlcpack is anywhere inside the dlcpack folder, this will write it to dlclist. The only way this will remove entries is if your outside the dlcpacks.
@InfiniteQuestion It's probably a mistake you made in the assembly.xml. That's why I don't like these installers.
@Ch1town83lt9 no mistake. I use it daily. If the assembly was wrong, it wouldn't install. You can see the logs.
Hey uhm can you explain this in baby terms i'm not exactly the sharpest fork in the factory
@easyname place in mods folder then run. One click easy install.
