A lightweight, clean speed limiter with an in-game menu and bilingual speed profiles.

Toggle ON/OFF from a GTA-style overlay menu
Adjustable limit (min/max/step in INI)
Bilingual profiles (EN-FR) quick switching with hotkeys
Rockstar UI sounds, blocks phone/Frontend while open
Fully configurable via SpeedLimiter.ini

Default Keys
Menu: F5 Navigate: Up/Down/Enter
Profiles: [ / ] (prev/next)

Customize
Open SpeedLimiter.ini set Language=auto/fr/en, change keys, colors, and profiles:
Profiles = City-Ville:50 Suburb-Banlieue:80 Road-Route:90 Highway-Autoroute:130
ActiveProfile = City (EN or FR names are accepted)

Single-player only.
