Install ScriptHookVDotNet2 (SHVDN2, .NET Framework 4.8)
Extract archive into GTA V root directory
Copy ConcesAuto.dll and ConcesAuto.pdb into scripts
Launch game.
ConcesAuto.ini auto-generates
