This script spawns vehicles on dirt roads to make them less lonely. The cars types are random, from a configurable list in the script. Cops and Marines will spawn with two random weapons (Marines only spawn at the military base).
Installation:
You must have ScripthookvDotNet installed.
Place the Traffic.cs file in either your ...\Installationfolder\Scripts\ folder, or if you use my mod manager, place it in its own subdirectory like this:
GTAV Mods\OffRoadTraffic\Scripts\Traffic.cs
changes from 1.2.2 -> 1.3.0
Rehauled vehicle spawn location code making sure vehicles are facing the correct heading on the road Prevents vehicles from spawning when the player is in the air
changes from 1.2.1 -> 1.2.2
Minor code change to prevent issues adding more locations overhaul on vehicle/pedestrian generation .
changes from 1.1 -> 1.2.1
Fixed a typo that may cause the script to no longer function Added 3 more vehicles (Jeeps) Thanks tall70
Added BF Injection and Dune vehicles Thanks JWillMac51! Removed hard coded distance and use per Location distance for check Made the tick rate lower for driving faster than 40f (was 3 seconds now is 2) Added a check to make sure the pedestrian spawned before trying to give weapons Added configurable setting for spawn speed when driving fast and slow .

@Bilago ^ LOL.
Uh, is it normal to see vehicles spawning in the sky and falling onto the dirt trails? I also had one spawn right ontop of my vehicle. Not sure if the mod's bugged for me or that's how the mod works lol. Neat idea, but I'm not using it if I'm just gonna get raining vehicles in the country.
I'm getting the same issue as SubTonic. Makes for interesting helicopter flights in the country side!

Lulz, I installed this mod and now there's a car rain in Blaine County. It's like someone throws them from heaven right in front of me, sometimes I accidentaly hit them while they're still spawning. XD
I'll wait for next update, right now I'd rate it 2 stars at most.
Can someone make a mod that a car can drive on the road,and on the train rails?
I would like to see more ways, where the cars would be able to spawn.
I have been waiting for the fix since about 3 months already, I'm not waiting any longer.
@Fan of Saints I could have sworn I fixed this already but clearly I didn't, next time if you reply tag me so I can actually see what you replied. I've been busy working on another mod and haven't even checked this page in awhile. Regardless it's fixed now.
@Khanviction @Bilago yeah please do something like TrafficLoad, a script that spawns random vehicles in traffic. tweaking the popcycle/popgroup still doesnt stop the game from spawning many same cars at the same place

@Khanviction Well, see, I forgot that it's increased traffic, not vanilla ammounts of traffic. There are two that don't increase the amount of traffic that weren't around back when you posted this comment:
I'm cheating a little here, but first there's ivpack, which spawns them traffic (It didn't use to, that's recent)
The first was (https://www.gta5-mods.com/vehicles/southern-san-andreas-exotic-popgroups-ymt-803cba20-ebff-4a21-82a7-b0d70ab9a39a) which, in conjunction with a mod in the description, adds all the dlc cars.
World of Variety (https://www.gta5-mods.com/misc/world-of-variety) also adds all the dlc cars, but also adds police patrols, police helicopters, topless beaches, new peds, even garage collection trucks on the street, etc. It actually SAYS IV pack compatible, so it was made for that, I'm less sure about the other one.
@Bilago Is it possible to make larger vehicles like the Insurgent spawn with several people inside?
@Bilago what is the purpose of the soldiers and cars on the road? Is not it unnecessary?
For some reason, the cars that spawn off road don't move. They contain people but they won't move until someone starts shooting and they panic. Otherwise they sit still and i dunno why
@waynechriss I got the same issue as you reported. Cars do show up on dirt trails but, they just park on the spot and don't move one inch. You come across a whole bunch of cars with peds in them tailgating basically. I pulled this mod out, it's not working properly.
