Reskins the Epsilon Medal to a carbon fiber lanyard and a red medal
Please be aware that GTA V hardcodes the shadowing into the accessory so its not possible to fully remove the E that appears in the middle of the medal but it make it far less prominent.
Install instructions
1. Open OpenIV
2. Go to Grand Theft Auto V\x64v.rpf\models\cdimages\streamedpeds_players.rpf\player_zero
3. Replace the file: accs_diff_013_a_uni.ytd
