HQ camos for Franklin. Replaces Ponsonby's default peacoats. Includes backup.
Also includes optional black hoodie which IMO looks better with these peacoats than the dark grey default one.
INSTALLATION
=============================
-With OpenIV.asi, head to x64v.rpf
-Find player_one.rpf inside streamed_players.rpf
-Replace the files provided
-You are all set, now just grab the jackets from Ponsonby's

Just in case anyone's wondering where "streamed_players.rpf", there is none, it's called "streamedpeds_players.rpf" in the same directory that was given. It happens ;-)
