Alsoo, human penetration (Pun not intended) is lacking in here

I guess bullets also deal more damage to vehicles, at least that's how it worked in other mods

@thalilmythos First of all, in real life bullets do not go through cars and frequent as you think. Second, enabling the vehicle penetration, will cause it to go through every car which is annoying, and human penetration depends on the weapon, and you can also use a mod like immersive combat.

@thalilmythos Yes that is partially true, 9mm and 45 acp do not penetrate like rifles do.

Either way, I know it's a videogame, s'all good, I already had the experience of bulletproof vehicles being penetrated due to trying to use a mod like this, and I'd rather not have anything do it at all, keeping it movielike and shit.

@BigC_GTA Let's be honest, when your getting shot at in gta5 you will most likely take cover behind your vehicle, and you don't want to be getting hit all the time.
