installation :
just add libstate folder to : mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\
also make sure you add this line to dlclist.xml:in :mods\update\update.rpf\common\data

would love to see actual trees from the game and actual grass all these map mods look nowhere near ls without those things
is this Liberty State V the exact same map as Liberty City Rewind ?

great map and i would love to add it to my game but it blends into route 66 which i love to much to loose is there any way to move either of them myself ?
