House of Franklin in the North Yankton [FINAL]

The Franklin House in North Yankton completely built my map in GTA 5 with the help of Map Editor. It is a house in 2 floors, where the first: a garage and a warehouse, and on the second: a living room and an entertainment room. ATTENTION! Before loading this line, teleport to North Yankton! The gate can be supported with blocks in the Map Editor. This building can be used either for Real Life, or for the Zombie Apocalypse. More you can see in the video, which is added together with screenshot.
To install this type you will need:

NativeUI
UnlockAllObjects (not necessary)
Open IV (not necessary)
MapEditor 2.13 (very must)

Instructions:
Download and open the file. Move the file to the root folder "YanktonHouse" games GTA 5. After entering the game, press F7 and select the "download", then choose "XML","search" ,and enter the name of the map - YanktonHouse. After loading the map, go to the zone. (shown in the screenshot).

map editor is outdated, make it a ymap
@Reacon I do not focus on these buildings, and build them for myself. Here I spread simply and do not search for popularity on this site. Therefore, I do not follow the trends of editors and other things.
@DmiOne can you provide the objectlist file you used? The black walls and roof of the house are not showing when i load the house. I'm using map editor 2.13
why the garage doesn't open?
@DTRGRT You need to go to Map Editor, select the gate and in the opened menu put a checkmark in front of the line Door.

@DmiOne The issue is not map editor,i said in my previous post i have the same one,but for some reason,the black walls are not showing up when i load the map.
I like your house wery mutch. I made ymap version, but have no idia how make open gate and door in ymap. Any body know haw do that?

Even though this mod is XML, would it work with Menyoo Spooner too?
