Run OpenIV
1. Drag and drop the folder designer_apartment in the following path. mods\update\x64\dlcpacks
2. Go to mods\update\update.rpf\common\data. Open dlclist.xml and add the line " dlcpacks:/designer_apartment/ "
Install: Textures
Run OpenIV (you can easy drag and drop the files to replace)
1. Replace all files from the folder APARTMENT in the following path.
mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\mpapartment\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\props\high\int_mp_h_props.rpf
2. Replaces all files from the folder EXECUTIVE in the following path.
mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\mpexecutive\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\props\int_mp_h_accessories_ex.rpf
3. Replace the file from the folder HEIST in the following path.
mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\mpheist\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\props\mp_residential_heist.rpf
4. Replace the file from the folder BB in the following path.
mods\x64i.rpf\levels\gta5\props\recreational\v_sports.rpf
Install: Menyoo
To get into the apartment you have to load these files. that takes 1 sec. Walk to the garage to enter.
1. Drag and drop the folder apartmens in the following path.
Grand Theft Auto V\menyooStuff\Spooner
2. Start GTA V and open Menyoo, go to Object Spooner -> Manage Saved Files -> Apartments. load the theme you like.
3. that's it
Note: do you want to change the theme you have to delete the previously selected first, that's how it works. Open menyoo -> Object Spooner -> Manage Entity Database -> Removal -> Delet all Markers and Delete All Entity In Database.
Now you can load a new one.

@elsanhoty P.S. I named my mod for his Designer Penthouse also DesignerApartment, I now realize. But it's not meant for this older Designer Apartment, but for his new Designer Apartment, at https://www.gta5-mods.com/maps/mlo-designer-penthouse-remake-add-on-sp (which is itself a remake too).

I installed in just like you said in the desc. but when I walk to the garage door I get in but my game gets laggy and the apt. doesn't work as it should be. There are many missing parts, like walls, floors, doors etc. When I use the lift I go to the third floor (probably) and when I walk out of it, its an empty ground, I just fall down. only way I get out is teleporting.
This is an amazing mod. I play in a FiveM server, and I tried to use this house for me but the walls and floor are gone. Is there any solution for this? Thank you so much!

@Brunex the menyoo teleport functions seem to be bugged. i already had this problem with my new MLO mods. changing the game character solved the problem for me. i don't know why this is.
just change the character with menyoo and try again.
