Beach Luxury Residence on Vespucci beach [Addon] creat by me.
Residence 3 levels with loft lounges and bedrooms and terrasses with on roof top with helipad,
and a levator at level 0 with secret acces to boat garage under the buiding,
and a big secure garage outside under fun fair.
Installation:
PLEASE READ IT CAREFULLY !
If you don't have mods folder, just create it and put the original common.rpf locate in GTA5 main folder in your mods folder
Download and install ScriptHook V, ScriptHook V .NET and OpenIV and Menyoo
1 ADDON
Installation for the main file of the house (OPEN IV needed for this)
(The residence will spawn automaticly on the map)
copy and paste folder "custom maps" to:
mods update x64 dlcpacks
Finally add "dlcpacks: custom maps " in dlclist.xml using OpenIV to:
mods update.rpf common data
Or, when you already have your custom maps folder then go to:
mods update x64 dlcpacks custom maps dlc.rpf x64 levels gta5 citye maps custom maps.rpf
and add all the files :
beach design residence.ymap
beach residence 2.ymap
beach residence 3.ymap
beach store.ymap
[Addon].ymap (don t rename the file. OpenIV will do the rest)
2 MENYOO
With Menyoo for a link elevators and vehicles (cars and boats):
Copy: Beach elevators vehicles.xml
of my archive to GTAV menyooStuff Spooner.
Now launch in GTA5, press F8 to open Menyoo, select "ObjectSpooner", "SavedFiles",
and load Beach elevators vehicles.xml
(You will be teleported in front of the residence on the beach)
Have fun :)
