The vehicles spawned has some texture issue, the paint of the vehicle changes automatically or becomes broken and look like it has a rainbow paint.
I haven't installed "handling.meta" and "vehicles.meta" because I am not sure where to install it. It could have been the cause of the texture issues. Please provide instruction where to put it.

Is there any version of this that preserves the army camo livery?
Quite a few years ago there used to be a hi-res livery megapack for the army vehicles that gave them all high quality versions of the army camo which looked awesome - pretty sure it was from the Gunrunning/Smugglers Run liveries
