3:Open the OPEN IV program
4: Go to the path: GTAV\mods\update\update.rpf\common\data
5: Find the file "Handling.meta"
6: Right-click on it, click edit
7: Go to the search engine, enter " XLS " and replace the lines with those that I provided in the archive"

@Samsth Yes, the mod is completely finished. But only for installation by the Replace method. Although you can install "handling" for addons.
