An Annihilator with outer miniguns replaced with Buzzard rocket pods,
and adds a Search Light and a Rappel Rope,
allowing the Annihilator to be used for NOOSE deployments and to aid in pursuing suspects.
Also, changed the rounds into explosive rounds to match it's name.

Installation:
Install with OpenIV:
-Files from "Models and textures" folder to x64e.rpf\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf
To Enable the Searchlight and Explosive rounds copy handling.meta to Grand Theft Auto V\update\update.rpf\common\data
To Spawn the Annihilator in 4 & 5 Star, copy dispatch.meta to Grand Theft Auto V\update\update.rpf\common\data (Thanks to Custo)

This is actually really smart. Is there a way to disable the rockets but keep the guns/rope/light?
Also, could the rope handling be used to add rappel capabilities to other choppers?

Are those proper LoDs?
@DynamoHotRun Everything is okay, just like the normal annihilator. But, the rappel and the searchlight only survives until level 2 lod(low). In level 3 (Vlow) they were dissapear. What do you call it ?

Seems promising, too bad I don't know how to mod in OIV, eh well im still saving this for future use just incase
