1. copy dominator9c folder to:
X:\Grand Theft Auto V\update\x64\dlcpacks
2. Use OpenIV go to:
X:\Grand Theft Auto V\update\update.rpf\common\data\dlclist.xml
right click edit, add new line
dlcpacks:/dominator9c/
This mod features:
-2 Cars one with a widebody
-Custom widebody kit
-Removable Hardtop
-4 Seater
-A lot of mod parts made from scratch
-Livery template and Liveries (some liveries made by ETX9)
-Nitro boost
-New engine sound (made/edited by me)

I haven't downloaded the mod yet, but just looking at the picture, I was surprised by this Dominator; it looks really crazy.
