This is a 2010 BMW 330D Fire Officer Vehicle. This vehicle features the iconic RSG Trailblazer beacon with included siren and illuminating visor sign for increase awareness. Vehicles featuring this setup are used by both fire officers and ambulance officers when responding out of hours.

@Inspector Sparkles OMG I LOVE STROBES AS WELL!!!!!!! please make a rotary version if you wouldn't mind as I have the rotary version in real life!
It's interesting to me that they kept the old rotator style bar but outfitted it with LEDs.
@Illusionary These have been outfitted with strobe lights mate. Originally there lights were factory fitted with strobe then later refurbished to leds. I don’t believes those ever had rotating parts.
