The Blue lights don't work for me and I didn't know where 2 of the files went

@lewis15 did you manage to get them working? i can turn them on in the menyoo trainer but they dont flash :/

@lewis15 if you download ELS from the LSPDFR website you install that in your main game directory then add the appliance to the ELS folder, its then 'J' for siren and 'G' for lights... its much better than the base game lighting also.. works a treat

on the instalation txt file there are 2 steps missing, hope i did it right.....
1. changes to the vehicles.meta file, doesnt say where to find it. might be hard for new mod installers such myself, i used the one in update\update.rpf\common\data\levels\gta5\ hope its the right place.
2. nothing about whre to install els folder or its content, i just placed the folder in the gta5 root folder, is it right?
in any case, thanks for this gorgeous piece of work. im not british, but living in london really makes my game more realistic now ^^ just hope my choices are the correct ones to make it work.
