Here for the whole community is a 2012 Dodge Charger. This was my idea to make a Charger with the lights and rambar templated along with the regular template, all to make it easier for the end user to customize the lights with just a few edits in the template, such as configuring the lightbar to your local department's config. You are free to use this in a video, but it would be greatly appreciated if you take a few moments of your time to acknowledge my work in your video or in the description.
=============== Installation ===============
To install the vehicle all you have to do is navigate to the latest patch day
you have in your MODS folder, and place it in the vehicles.rpf there.
For me it would be:
\Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\patchday14ng\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf\
To install the ELS VCF file, navigate to:
\Grand Theft Auto V\ELS\pack_default
and drag and drop it there
To install the vehicle.meta file, navigate to:

rambar textures are messed up and the partition is not supposed to be all black.. oh nvm its made by you..
@totalgamer rambar texture is not messed up. i chose the grey rubber texture because it fits the red/black/grey skin on the car.
Might want to change your credits, that Charger is the DEV Charger by codex............
Also that charger is a 2013, not a 2010, or a 2012
Love the overall design of this car and skin! Amazing Job! I even like that the push bumper is separately templated and not squeezed on to the main template. I would however like to see some LEDs on the side of the push bumper and maybe even a slicktop with a stealth push bumper and something along the lines of a NYPD Highway Patrol interior mounted lighting setup! Wonderful Job!
