Will you make a special livery british police car in memory of the police officer who lost his life at the Westminster incident

Hi, I was wondering if you can tell me if there is a way to convert these police vehicles into civilian ones, like changing the skin or something and removing the light bar. Because I saw some Vauxhall and fords that aren't available to download in civilian configuration. Again I thank you in advance
