Ok. Hopefully there will be an update for this mod.
@yachtlover I had the latest version installed and ran into the same problem as well with people not getting on or off the bus after the first stop. What I did was I went into the main GTA V folder and deleted all of the files and copied over my backup copy of the previous version (1868.1) I then re-installed the bus sim mod and it worked fine. I was able to complete a route with no issues.

@THECOOLCAT hey. This version seems to work fine on 1868.1 but not the latest version which is 2060.1
@IPcheang I also experienced the same problem as what you have described. It seems that this version does not work well with the latest GTA V version 2060.1 so I was able to go back to 1868.1 (saved a copy of the installed files) and installed the mod there. It works fine now. The passengers get on and off the bus at each stop.
