Hello, I noticed that when I use the trainer to update/mod the personal vehicles of the SP characters, the changes are not saved when I restart the game or switch characters. Unless I do the vehicle modifications via LS Customs in-game, they always go back to their pre-modded states. Is this expected?

Hello, where in the vehicle modifications menu is the option to install the turbo mod on vehicles? I sifted through the pages but did not find the option to toggle turbo on/off. Thanks!
