@zenqada if you are having trouble installing openiv from the website then search openiv offline installer that's how I got it the website was being weird for me

GUYS I FOUND TE FIX IF THEY DONT SPAWN IN EDIT THE DLCLIST AND CHANGE THE NAME TO <Item>dlcpacks:/ZB1/</Item>
