did anyone figure out where the window files go?

and that just goes into the root file for gta 5?

im having some issues with lighting...i cant seem to figure out how to make the lighting brighter..is there a setting i need to change in the file? not really tech savy i just want to make the lights look like they do in your videos. any help i would appreciate it

where are the previous versions of this mod? do i need them in order to download and install this one?

hey guys...not sure if i did this right...got the cars in game no problem but have a problem witht the lights not working...is there a version 0.1 and 0.2 that i need to download as well to get them working properly?
