Either you forgot to defined them in dlclist.xml or there's something wrong with your map.
Thats not how it works. You have to open the project and import ".ymap" to load the map.

3ds Max and a plugin called GIMS EVO.
You should really use a paragraph. Writing a huge wall of text makes reading illegible.
Zmodeler3 is terrible for mapping. Use GIMS EVO instead.
I was referring to the blue box ( the Area ID), nodes will still work outside of the boundary to a certain extent but this is not recommended. You will encounter a bug that won't let you spawn traffics later on, so yes it's better to make a new Area ID.
It's not a good idea to put those nodes outside of the area ID, it will cause some conflict issues in the future (believe me I tried once with my own traffic path and I have to seperate them : https://www.gta5-mods.com/maps/traffic-paths-for-lakeside-run-track ).
