Could someone help me as well. Long story short, my gf forgot to pay the at&t bill. But they haven't cut off the internet. In turn something weird is happening. AT&T is blocking certain sites and games. GTA singleplayer is the one game i can play. I'd like to do some light modding, however i cannot download the scripthookv.dll. I have everything else i need but that dll.

Could someone add me on steam and send me the .dll file?
