@MidnightCluBrum Depends on the mod/car. If the mod doesn't support windows for liveries, than you won't see anything on the windows. If the mod does have that support, than a "how to" is most likely included in the download.

I think i found a bug/problem with the car and vstancer, whenever i change suspension settings the car won't drive smoothly anymore and will start making little hops and jumps when driving with modified settings. Is it the handeling that might be causing this?
