Even when the .ini file is in the scripts folder (not in the addins folder), it still shows
that same error for me as well. "Cannot open file: carspeed.ini (no such file or directory)".
I'm forced to switch back to version 3.1.4. I don't know what went wrong.
Okay, this is for those not getting the texture mod to work via the drag-and-drop method.
While in edit mode, right click on the texture file and then click "Replace".
Then, choose the modded texture. Then, run the game.
It took me a couple minutes to figure this out apparently, but it works!

I'm also getting the "GET_ENTITY_ROTATION" error as well.
I'm forced to downgrade to sonicboom 1.1 until this gets fixed.
