I wouldn't say I'm doing something wrong, but it looks like the mod doesn't work on social version 2060.1 ;((( ???
I even removed the original mods folder (I have Redux), scripts folder and all *asi files from the root folder - I created a new mods folder in it, modified both *rpf files - so I basically tried to use the mod for a vanilla game and the water looks like see screen: https://ctrlv.cz/7Nki
put everything *.dll & *.asi files DIRECTLY into the root folder of the game (where GTA.exe is)
There also create a scripts folder (what's hard about that?)

This mod works flawlessly in version Social 2060.1 !!!
After installation, nothing worked for me --> only the bank icons
but it didn't occur to anyone to look in the ATMBankHeist_Settings.ini file?

And to activate the ATM icons on the map, just change "0" to "1" ...

and regarding the scripts folder ... OMG:
