@xxeennxxeeii47 There is an 'original files' folder in the archive. You can unpack the 'Original files.oiv' file somewhere. Then go to 'content / update.rpf / common / data / timecycle'. Open OpenIV and copy those .xml files to your 'mods / update / update.rpf / common / data / timecycle' folder.
@Klocu112 You might be using an old update.rpf file in your 'mods' folder. Copy the new one there from the 'update' folder in your game root directory.

@jasbari Use my files: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1Z-AI5pNXS9CCj1D98lV1kqSokqBksjQR?usp=sharing (put them into mods/update/update.rpf/common/data/timecycles)
or use this mod: https://www.gta5-mods.com/misc/darker-nights-gta-v#description_tab
or you can make nights darker yourself, but you'll have to change the timecycle files via OpenIV.
Launch OpenIV / GTA V / mods / update / update.rpf /common / data / timecycle. Extract all 'weather' XML files.
Then change the following figures. Copy the files back after you've changed them.

@TheCoolMario A 'Load Online Map' option under the 'Locations' menu.
@Alim_aga Download the trainer again. There was a bug.
@--sora-- Re-download the trainer (there was a bug), then disable the 'Disable Despawn Of DLC Vehicles' option. It should help.
@Horacy No, we can't do it. You need to use a special mod like this one: https://www.gta5-mods.com/misc/versatile-traffic.
