@boombagee of course we all start somewhere, the other games ive modded all had mod tools that helped out so this is one of the more advanced ones ive done, luckily theres youtube videos on all the major mods out there and any smaller ones are just the same steps with different names, plus you need to read ALOT, always check the mod descriptions cause there youll find the requirements which usually mainly consists of applications and programs you already have but its always good to check for updates, also as in the case of this mod it may require an older version of a program for it work which may or may not cause conflict with other mods that require it, also in the downloaded folders any readme or information files should be read through especially if youre new to modding, always have a backup up file of your main games directory file, unlikely anything major is gonna happen but its always good to have a starting point, then before any major mod installation you should create another backup file as a reference point of when everything was working fine to revert back to if anything doesnt work, id suggest getting gta v cleaner off github if youre still having trouble with missions, its a program to clean out mods from gta v for online play, it places everything in a separate folder which you can restore later if you want or discard it, used it after i messed with an audio file and it bricked my game, this saved it, now i use it to create my backups, but you shouldn't be having troubles playing missions with this mod, i have mods that affect the physics of not only the vehicles but the pedestrians, and even the weapons as well this one and others that affect how police view me and ive not had any problems playing missions, but like i said its a case by case subject, best to keep calm and take it one mod at a time

@boombagee Firstly it doesnt necessarily need to be a clean game install, it just helps incase theres any incompatibility with any mods you already have, second is before installing any mods you need to download the tools to help open, and run them ie heapadjuster, packlimitadjuster, scripthook, and whatever else you may need, after all that is the fun part of installing and running each individual mod and seeing if it works/ is compatible with other mods, ive used menyoo as well as rampage trainer so you shouldnt have issues there, and if everything is installed correctly then when you get to 5-6 stars your game can take a dip in performance so you may need to adjust your settings, got to six stars and had some stuttering but no crashes, even installed the Army At SixStars Dispatch mod and had no issues besides some stuttering, at the end of the day its about compatibility and making sure everything works together, your mods as well as your hardware, what works for one persons pc may not work for anothers gaming laptop
