Hey if anyone is looking to get the liveries for the Ripley and Airtug specifically for FiveM, I've found a neat work around.

Simply rename the files of the airtug and the ripley to add a "2" at the end. They should say "ripley2" and "airtug2" respectively.

Next, you'll want to add the vehicles.meta entries specified in the file download. Once you add these, you'll change the names in those entries to ripley2 and airtug2 as well. This separates the model from the base game model and should allow you to cycle through the liveries with ease.

Don't forget to ask for permission to use the pack in Fivem though and make sure to give full credit!
