@AndyNalley Ah yes that's very weird!
I'm constantly playing with this mod to try and make it more stable, but I've never had this problem!
What is the version of your game? What is the version of the mod installed please?
@Jessica23 I have absolutely no idea sorry
@TheGreatWolf14 You just have to run it with OpenIV to install it.
@Van_Zandt OK, thanks! I'll take a look
@Mauluskus Most of them don't work. GTA uses a multitude of parameters that have to be set correctly for it to work, a bit like cars.
You need to increase the memory, the creation radius, the deletion radius, the space between each entity to make a new one appear, and so on. If these parameters are incorrectly set, you can have full roads and a completely empty one next door, or entities with no collisions, and not everything happens in the gameconfig. But I'm going to do some tests to try and increase the npcs
@Mauluskus Hi, thanks for your review ! I'll have a look at that, I'd already tried to significantly increase the number of NPCS, but without success. I think I've got some ideas now

@Corey650 when you installed it, it had been 9 months since the mod had been updated. Knowing that it is a mod that must be updated with each new version to work, it is not surprising that it does not work with your version of the game =)
Once again, please read the description for compatibilities, as well as for dependencies.
You are the only one to tell me that the mod broke your game, out of more than 6000 downloads, It's not rocket science to find out where the problem comes from =)
thanks for your feedback
