Is there any other mods that conflict with?? I.e arms dealer and gang wars?

Hi I was wondering in the next update we can rent out the houses we buy to make money just asking?? And could we be able to make other houses that are not been I.e the new houses that haven’t been fully built yet be able to add them and customise them like the safehouse mid which is no longer working

TO SYNTHESISE i am writing to you because i use this mod and it is very good when i change the settings in the settings file or the pricing or put the plane refuelling stations on it doesnt not work please could you sort this issure out
