@cebe If you are getting a crash I would like to see what the log files contain (specially scripthookVdotnet.log but also the ble receiver log)
@EQ0814 FTMS is planned for future releases, when I get an actual device that supports FTMS (my trainer doesn't)
@GOLDl the last version 0.5.0.4 has BLE support except for FTMS
@mtmfc keybindings will be configurable in the next version. The speed adjusting is something controversial. If I end up doing it it will be only available when you are not on a bicycle and the speed multiplier will most likely depend on the type of vehicle you are driving.
@ajid77 Cadence sensors only report revolutions per minute and the algorithm they use for computing cycles is not applicable to running stride. Even if a cadence sensor calculated your steps per minute, I can't translate that to distance and speed without your stride length
@PatrickFischer group rides will be a thing when we are able to build a multiplayer mode. Unfortunately I'm not sure I will implement workouts as you have many other much better options for that, like Training Peaks, that you can use concurrently with the mod. I want to explore the gamification side, not the already overcrowded workout application market.
@cannon123 The sterzo has an exclusivity agreement with Zwift until spring 2021. It's a closed proprietary protocol. Someone has reverse engineered it but only for Bluetooth, and the mod doesn't support BLE devices. The Tacx black track is the most similar thing you'll find but it's a discontinued product so it's hard to get a grab on it. As soon as they release the exclusivity on the Sterzo I'll support it
@cannon123 I'm not sure what you're referring to. In the facebook group some people have posted their set ups using mobile phones and 3rd party software for emulating controllers. I have finished an experimental implementation of Tacx Black track support, but haven't been able to test as I don't have one.
@thehum There are plans for multiplayer, and group rides (no drop) are among the things I want to do. The ideas are there, and how to implement them too, but there is still a lot of work to do to reach that point. The only fact of going multiplayer is in itself a huge task to accomplish with many factors to control and have into consideration.
@agul29 I have implemented a basic power curve for speed sensors. It will be available in the next version
