@Omegacron I had this problem as well, the problem is that I really don't know how I fixed it. The first time I had this, I just installed Menyoo and it worked. The second and last time I had it, I downloaded the Addon Spawner and the VStancer, and suddenly started working. You'il find some videos telling you how to fixed it, the problem is that they're very outdated.

@Butcher-2711 I didn't say it would work for everyone, i said you could try that. There are other methods, i just wrote what solved my problem

@xxBlackviper14 I actually I solved the problem, it's very simple.
For those who didn't solve it, try that:
- Download a old version of ScriptHookV (You can find it at gta5mod.net)
- Replace the updated dinput8.dll (v1.0.2060.0) with the old one you just downloaded (v1.0.1868.4)
- Delete the ASILoader.log and done!

I have the same issue
Every time I star GTA V i get this message:
"Pattern failed
Failed 'B8 FF 01 00 00 4C 89 6D E7 66 23 C8 B8 FF 00 00 00' "
I can still play GTA V with mods but after 2 minutes the game crashes.
The only mods I have are Menyoo, VStancer, Addon Spawner, Heap Adjuster and Packfile Limit Adjuster.
It seems the problem is with the dinput8.dll (ASI Loader)

@Patão_Innertubey Atá, eu vi o darenwoo comentando e achei que fosse um.
Uma saveiro seria bem interessante, mas eu prefiro os carros brasileiros retrô e clássicos, algo como um Puma, um Miura, um Landau, um Uno ou até mesmo um Marea rsrs

@Patão_Innertubey Amei o mod, nem conhecia esse Daewoo mas achei sensacional esse carro.
PS: Por algum motivo lembra a Volkswagen Parati de primeira geração rsrs, sei que não é mas irei fingir
