Yo @DANIX, it would look alot better if you add some textures on the exterior so it blends with the Blaine County-ish atmosphere, above all its great but just the textures that makes it seem cartoonish
Hey @JANTSUU, mind if you rework the exterior of this building so it blends with the rest of the buildings especially when using mods that enhance textures like NVE, btw it's amazing

It doesn't conflict with the Hollywood sign from another mod called Real California Architecture, it will look better if you add lights on it
