@Briskett I have found solution for, after loading a save or starting a game that all your insured cars are gone. There is option to get your cars back by reporting it stolen it will spawn the car and you can recall Mors Mutual Insurance to bring the car to you. I have tested if you do any modifications your car it will save even if your game will crash or if you haven't saved your game
