@gta5-mods what about NPC's?

@MAK Moderator because I can't get it to work right music and objects in the club appear but to dark to see even if I turn brightness all the way up.... and the author wont help :(

@McKeviin if I wanted to put this on my like I have Crips and bloods gang members in my GTA how would I put just the shoes for those AI members?
